Repeat Prescriptions

pill_bottleWith your doctor’s agreement you may obtain repeat prescriptions without seeing the doctor each time.  For Kessingland patients, please give three working days notice, (not counting the day of request and weekends) of such requests so that your own doctor can check the prescription.

We like repeat prescription requests to be posted, or left in writing at the surgery. Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

For Wangford and Wrentham patients, please give three working days notice not including weekends before collecting.

Dispensing

We dispense medicines to some of our patients from Wrentham and Wangford surgeries. Regulations prevent us from dispensing to patients who live too near to a chemist.  We provide prescriptions for these patients to be taken to a chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
