FLU CLINICS 2017 - Patients 65 and over or under 65 with certain medical conditions. Children under 18 will be called into the surgery.

OUR CLINCS ARE BEING HELD AT - Kessingland Community Centre on the 27th September 2017 between 2pm and 5pm and again on the 11th October between 2pm and 5pm.

At Wangford Community Centre clinics are on the 4th October 2017 between 3pm and 5pm. 

At Wrentham Village Hall clinics are on the 18th October 2017 between 3pm and 5pm.  

New Patient Registration

kessingland.jpgIf you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please provide proof by way of a recent utility bill along with one form of photographic ID

You will need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

wrentham.jpgPatients who are on a Chronic Disease Register for example, Diabeties,/Hypertension/Chronic Heart Disease will be offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
